If your requests are OVER a week EARLY, they WILL BE REJECTED by the practice. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
We require 3 working days for repeat prescriptions. This can be done by leaving a written request at the reception desk or you may post your request with a S.A.E. Please try to use the practice generated tear-off slip on the prescription form. Faxed requests are not accepted.
We do not accept prescription request by telephone except for housebound patients.
You can place order for prescription online. You need to have login to access this service. Please contact the surgery and apply for the service.
You can collect your prescription from your preferred pharmacy.
You need to register with the chemist first and give the authorisation from the chemist to us to record correct details of your chemist and put in the system so that you can collect the prescription from your chemist.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
