Alert! - For Measles & Rubella

Please do not send photos/videos via the surgery email please.
Off Sick From Work?
If you're off work for 7 days or less, your employer shouldn't ask for medical evidence that you have been ill. Instead they can ask you to confirm that you have been ill. You can do this by filling in a self-certification form for your return to work.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and well-being whatever your medical condition.
